  • Counter-the-Clock Tour: Depart about 45 minutes later than the standard time to visit less crowded spots. This option allows for a more relaxed experience with more time at each destination.
  • Reverse Tour: Begin the tour in the reverse order, starting with the last destination and ending with the first. This can help avoid the busiest times at popular spots.

We recommend the “Counter-the-Clock” tour to fully enjoy the tranquility of each location.

Deposit and Reservation:

  • Deposit: A 30% confirmation deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Balance: The remaining balance can be settled in cash upon arrival in El Nido.

Terms and Conditions for Byaheros Travel and Tours El Nido

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the policies and procedures for booking tours, transportation, or activities with Byaheros Travel and Tours El Nido. By making a booking with us, whether online or offline, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Guest

If you, the guest, cancel a booking, the following fees apply based on the timing of the cancellation:

  • More than 15 days before the booking date: 20% of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 10 days before the booking date: 30% of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 7 days before the booking date: 40% of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 5 days before the booking date: 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 48 hours before the booking date: 100% of the total booking amount.
  • No show-up: 100% of the total booking amount.

For public tours, guests more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no show-up. For private tours, guests more than 2 hours late will be considered a no show-up.

2.2 Cancellation by Our Agency

If we cancel a tour, transportation, or activity due to weather, natural calamities, political instability, or other external factors, you have the following options:

  • Reschedule the activity if possible.
  • Use the amount paid as a travel fund for any other service offered by us or our partners.
  • Receive a full refund if paid in cash or via direct bank transfer from a Metrobank or BPI account.
  • Receive a full refund minus a 5% fee if paid through PayPal.

Refunds are subject to the payment method used:

  • Cash: Refunds available at our office.
  • Direct Bank Transfer (BPI/Metrobank): Refund minus wire transfer fees if applicable.
  • PayPal: Refund minus a 5% fee.

We are not liable for any incidental expenses incurred due to booking or cancellation, such as visas or non-refundable flights.

3. Modification, Reschedule, or Change of Date
  • Changes made before receiving our confirmation email are free of charge.
  • Changes after receiving our confirmation email incur a reschedule fee of PHP 500.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be possible if existing bookings take priority.
For Single-Day Activities:
  • Requests for rescheduling must be made via email up to 5 days before departure.
  • Requests made less than 5 days before departure must be made by phone.
  • Rescheduling is not possible less than 48 hours before departure unless approved by our team during a phone call.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking.

To request a refund, email us at byaherostravelandtour@gmail.com with your booking order number and details of your request.

5. Additional Fees

For cancellations with payments made via PayPal or Stripe, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing fees.
