**Tour Price:**
– **Private Van:** PHP 4,500
– **Tricycle/Tuktuk:** PHP 1,500
**Destinations:**
You can select up to 3 destinations from the following:
1. **Nacpan Beach**
2. **Nagkalitkalit Waterfalls** (Entrance fee: PHP 250; fee may vary per pax)
3. **Vanilla Beach Ziplining** (PHP 600 for one-way per pax)
4. **Lio Beach**
5. **Duli Beach** (Additional PHP 1,000 per van)
6. **Canopy Walk** (Entrance fee: PHP 430-830 per pax)
**Itinerary:**
1. **9:00 AM – Pick-Up from Hotel**
– Start your day with a convenient pick-up from your hotel.
2. **Visit Selected Destinations**
– **Nacpan Beach:** Enjoy a relaxing time at this beautiful beach. Optional lunch can be arranged here (meal costs not included).
– **Nagkalitkalit Waterfalls:** Explore the stunning waterfalls. Entrance fee of PHP 250 applies (subject to change).
– **Vanilla Beach Ziplining:** Experience an exciting zipline ride with a fee of PHP 600 for one-way.
– **Lio Beach:** Relax at Lio Beach and take in the scenic views.
– **Duli Beach:** Visit the pristine Duli Beach for an additional PHP 1,000.
– **Canopy Walk:** Embark on an adventurous canopy walk with an entrance fee ranging from PHP 430 to PHP 730.
3. **5:00 PM – Drop-Off at Hotel or Vanilla Beach for Sunset**
– Choose to be dropped back at your hotel or stay at Vanilla Beach to enjoy the sunset.
**Additional Information:**
– **Entrance Fees:** Nagkalitkalit Waterfalls entrance fee is PHP 250 (subject to change). Canopy Walk entrance fee ranges from PHP 430 to PHP 730.
– **Ziplining:** Vanilla Beach ziplining costs PHP 600 for one-way.
– **Duli Beach:** An additional PHP 1,000 is required if you choose to visit Duli Beach.
– **Meals:** Optional lunch at Nacpan Beach is not included in the tour price.

Tour Policy
Terms and Conditions for Byaheros Travel and Tours El Nido
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions outline the policies and procedures for booking tours, transportation, or activities with Byaheros Travel and Tours El Nido. By making a booking with us, whether online or offline, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Guest
If you, the guest, cancel a booking, the following fees apply based on the timing of the cancellation:
- More than 15 days before the booking date: 20% of the total booking amount.
- Less than 10 days before the booking date: 30% of the total booking amount.
- Less than 7 days before the booking date: 40% of the total booking amount.
- Less than 5 days before the booking date: 50% of the total booking amount.
- Less than 48 hours before the booking date: 100% of the total booking amount.
- No show-up: 100% of the total booking amount.
For public tours, guests more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no show-up. For private tours, guests more than 2 hours late will be considered a no show-up.
2.2 Cancellation by Our Agency
If we cancel a tour, transportation, or activity due to weather, natural calamities, political instability, or other external factors, you have the following options:
- Reschedule the activity if possible.
- Use the amount paid as a travel fund for any other service offered by us or our partners.
- Receive a full refund if paid in cash or via direct bank transfer from a Metrobank or BPI account.
- Receive a full refund minus a 5% fee if paid through PayPal.
Refunds are subject to the payment method used:
- Cash: Refunds available at our office.
- Direct Bank Transfer (BPI/Metrobank): Refund minus wire transfer fees if applicable.
- PayPal: Refund minus a 5% fee.
We are not liable for any incidental expenses incurred due to booking or cancellation, such as visas or non-refundable flights.
3. Modification, Reschedule, or Change of Date
- Changes made before receiving our confirmation email are free of charge.
- Changes after receiving our confirmation email incur a reschedule fee of PHP 500.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be possible if existing bookings take priority.
For Single-Day Activities:
- Requests for rescheduling must be made via email up to 5 days before departure.
- Requests made less than 5 days before departure must be made by phone.
- Rescheduling is not possible less than 48 hours before departure unless approved by our team during a phone call.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking.
To request a refund, email us at byaherostravelandtour@gmail.com with your booking order number and details of your request.
5. Additional Fees
For cancellations with payments made via PayPal or Stripe, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing fees.
